2 Meditation Calls on Self-Compassion

by dena on November 12, 2017

Dear Ones,
You are invited to attend the next 2 Meditation Calls. Depending on your geographic location, the calls will either be free or $1. (Please see Times & How, below.)
Self-compassion. The reminder to be self-compassionate has arisen for me (again!) as a wildly crucial practice. It was my only stated intention for the month of October, and I choose to keep it front and center.

I am growing a list of actions for promoting self-compassion. You probably have some favorites that work for you.

A daily ritual I have been using in recent weeks: I hold myself in my heart at my most self-compassionate ever, I hold myself in my heart as I am in this moment, and I hold the field in between.
What I call the Sock Puppets, or inner critical voices, are likely the biggest obstacles I’ve discovered to self-compassion.
You are invited to join me for either or both of the next 2 Meditation calls.
